AMANDA PENNEKAMP- BLUESTEIN

Amanda is best known for holding the title of Miss South Carolina USA 2004 and her First Runner-Up placement in Miss USA 2004. Amanda was also crowned Miss Earth United States 2006 and was a Top 16 overall finalist among 82 countries. She was most recently Mrs. Galaxy 2014. Amanda has also held the titles of Miss Sun Fun, Miss Newberry College, Miss Lake Murray, and was crowned Homecoming Queen at Newberry College in 2004. Amanda has been a client of Gowns and Crowns since the age of 14 and is thrilled to now be a part of the team as Senior Instructor, specializing in stage presence, walking, and interview.

A professional model and actress, Amanda has modeled since the age of 13, including 3 years with Wilhelmina Models in New York City and has booked numerous commercials, billboard, and print editorials for Cosmopolitan Magazine, SU Magazine, Talk Greenville Magazine, Columbia Living Magazine, Aquafina, La Perla, and GE.

Amanda is a graduate of Newberry College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre and Speech Communications, and has a scholarship in her name, the Amanda Pennekamp Bluestein Performing Arts Scholarship.

Despite her many successes and titles, Amanda’s favorite titles are "Wife" and “Mommy" to her husband Brian and their children Tanner and Elena.
